Kenny had been a Union Electrician for 38 years with the IBEW Local 16 JATC, working the majority of his time at Mel-Kay Electric. He graduated from Bosse High School in 1979, attended Ivy Tech Community College, and completed a 4-year Apprenticeship through the Labor Union. ![]() Kenny was born October 19, 1960, in Evansville, IN, to the late Paul J.
